How we compute the number

Every provider dashboard uses a private formula. MRR Profile uses one public formula so listings stay comparable. Expect differences of up to ~30% versus a processor dashboard.

Gross revenue

Successful charges minus refunds and chargebacks, in the original currency.

Last 30 days

Gross revenue in the trailing 30 days. This includes one-time payments, bank transfers, and courses. It is not MRR.

MRR

Sum of active and trialing subscriptions, normalized to monthly: weekly × 52/12, quarterly ÷ 3, yearly ÷ 12. If a rail has no subscription object, MRR is shown as ₦0 and last 30 days still publishes.

Paystack plans

A Paystack key covers the whole business. We only publish after the founder selects the plans for that product, or confirms the account is dedicated. MRR comes from those subscriptions. Last 30 days and all-time include charges we can attach to the selected plans. One-off payments without a plan are left out unless the account is marked dedicated. If mapping is incomplete, the listing stays unverified.

FX

Amounts convert through USD using a cached open FX feed, then to NGN. We never mix currencies into one unlabeled number.

What we store

Encrypted API keys, provider object ids, amounts, currencies, and timestamps. We do not keep customer names, emails, phones, or card data.
